The Food
What is more fun than an outdoor barbeque? The word just brings a word picture of fun -children with big sauce covered smiles, Fourth of July celebrations from years' past, and summer cook-outs with great friends.
Our approach to picnic catering includes top quality meats with homemade sauces, our own fabulous recipes for summer sides and salads, a professional high-end presentation, and exceptional service.
Food is cooked on-site on state of the art grills. All meats are fresh, never frozen, and sides and salads are homemade using quality ingredients. Food is served buffet style off linen covered banquet tables and shaded by attractive matching canopies. All food and beverage tables, linen, canopies, cooking and serving equipment, and disposable dinnerware is included.
We specialize in events from 50 - 20,000 guests.
The Entertainment
