With all the choices our buffet catering offers your guests you can be sure the event will go off smoothly.  Our chefs will create a buffet that will be remembered for years to come. 

Items we include :

• Multiple Entrees. Our chefs will work out a menu with you that includes several entrees, giving your guests choices beyond the usual “chicken or fish”.

• Side Dish Selection. In addition to delicious entrees, we will provide many delicious side dishes to complement all entrees available.  Our chefs will work with you to come up with an unforgettable menu your guests will love.
• Complete Set Up and Clean Up. We will handle everything to do with the catering of the event.  We set up your buffet, replace dishes as needed, and, after the event is through, just leave the clean up to us.  Less worry from you, more confidence in a job well done.
• Bar Service. An open bar is a great way to allow your guests a chance to relax.  While many events go with a truly open bar (with all popular liquors in addition to beer and wine), and Shannon Events recommends beer and wine as a minimum.  Remember to always have plenty of bottled water, both sparkling and plain, plus a variety of other non-alcoholic beverages
